Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–3 business days depending on your location and selected shipping method. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless free shipping is specified. After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

 

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout, as we are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect information. Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-demand periods. For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. If you would like to request a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number for further instructions. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund or exchange.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a few business days after approval. Please note that sale items and customized products may not be eligible for return or exchange.
